I’ve used this high port mouth piece probably 20-30 years and I've never had bad results - always good – always a step up on the ladder. It definitely gets the bright lights on and a lot of respect from your pony, but it still gives you some lateral bend with shoulders, out around the corner. Not as much as you will get with the wide chain port bit, but you can create a huge amount of rate with this solid mouth piece.

I like this bit really well. It gets a lot of attention but doesn't scare them.
