Payment Methods

Orders placed online may be paid by credit card using Visa or Mastercard. Orders placed by fax or mail may be paid by Visa, Mastercard, money order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. All personal checks must clear before orders are shipped. Click here to print an order form if ordering by fax or mail.

Shipping

Shipping throughout the U.S. is by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Due to Les' clinic travel schedule, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Sorry, no overnight shipping available.

Shipping rates are $8.00 per item, flat rate, when shipped in the continental U.S. by Priority mail. Shipping prices are automatically calculated when placing an order online. International and Canadian orders, please call (805) 455-0162, Pacific Standard Time, for rates and availability.
