This bit has a narrow chain port. It's very flexible. It’s a great graduation bit for your horse to step up to. It helps to relax horses too. Any time you have a bit that has this many moving parts, it will have a lot of pre-signal, which helps make horses much more willing to surrender and flex laterally for you. Plus the high leverage will help drop your horse’s head. In terms of mouth power, this is our number two bit, so it's on the milder end of the spectrum.

This bit is AMAZING. I have a very soft mouthed breakaway horse that anything I bought just was way to much. This bit kept her head leveled even in her stops! She stayed quiet (which is unusual for her) and calm. I absolutely love this bit. They were also very helpful when I asked questions! Just AMAZING.

I reached out to Mr. Vogt and explained what I was dealing with. He suggested this bit, so I bought it. WOW, it literally did everything it says it does. I'm able to get better rate on my mare, she's very responsive to it, she carries it great, and she's way more relaxed. Very happy with this bit.

1. I didn't know which bit would be best for my situation so I emailed Mr. Vogt explaining in detail my situation. He quickly responded "The Developer w/ the Wonder Curb".
2. This bit does exactly what it says it does. I was really skeptical that a bit alone could do all of this. Well IT DOES!! My mare wasn't rating steers well and she was getting hard to slow down. Basically I was having to use way too much force to get responses. Putting this bit in was different than my correction, but once I got it in IMMEDIATE difference in how she carried her head. Hop in the saddle and you really see the difference. Calypso is way more supple, her neck rein is way better than before, i can easily control her speed, and she drops her head and is way more relaxed. She almost too responsive now lolol. When I pick up the reins she's ready to move quickly. It did take just a little bit for her to get used to the difference in the bit. she has more freedom so she thought she could go at her speed but just picking up the reins and she was under control. This was the best ride I've had on her. Thank you Mr. Vogt for your guidance. I can't wait to get on the heel side and see the difference. I'll be getting another set soon!!!!

I bought this bit for a mare that gets a little tight in the neck from time to time especially when my kids Jr rodeo on her. She pretty broke and needs a lot of pre signal so she doesn’t feel like she’s in trouble. This bit has a lot of movement so she doesn’t feel trapped when she’s taken ahold of and can get comfortable backing off the bridle. Great tool, Les I greatly appreciate your recommendation.

This is the perfect bit for a young mule who had gotten pushy and bracy with her face. She's quiet with it not too harsh but I feel I have the control I was looking for.
